Management Trainee
Gains knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under direction of experienced personnel by performing the following duties.
Job Description:
Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
Track Account Plans for key accounts
Develop internal and customer presentations
Identify/create opportunities for Djembatan Dua to participate in targeted briefs
Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission
Comply with all appropriate Djembatan Dua and statutory Environmental Health and Safety and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
Interest to work in the Health industry
Previous experience in an international setting , is an advantage but not a must
Fluent English, other languages are a plus
Passion for data crunching and analyzing
Project Management Skills
Problem and Conflict Solving skills
Strong communication with all levels of the business
Confidence in presenting
